  • Candidates sourced from online platforms
  • Passive and active candidates from our specialist internal database and external third party databases

  • Referrals from candidates and human resources contacts


Candidates are filtered by technical experience, work history, personality and cultural fit to make a second shortlist. Every candidate submitted from the second shortlist is accompanied with a detailed brief. Before finalising a shortlist of candidates, we compile a detailed profile and translate it into a pitch that presents your company and vacancy to the candidate in the best possible light.

We also overcome any objections from the candidate and ensure that they fully understand and have enthusiasm for the opportunity. This is a vital step in candidate-driven markets where the best talent is accustomed to choosing their interviews and receiving several offers.


Clients and candidates receive support throughout the recruitment process with regular feedback and assistance in the decision making process. Where possible, we will share our knowledge on your competitors and other information to secure potential hires.
